New building and rooms with balcony. Location - pleasant adjacent to the cathedral, town plaza, and a trike ride away to the main dept store and the supermarket and the Royal Suites Condotel. Nothing too much trouble, really comfortable stay for family vacation.

got wheelchair accessible room with a king size bed, tv as expected. a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were very handy.
